Cancellation Policy

We have full understanding of the fact that everyone has busy lives and that sometimes circumstances beyond our control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time.

We will be as flexible as we can in accommodating this; however, the following policies apply.

Cancellation – 7 days notice required regarding block bookings. 

Booking our collaborators in block format means that the time allocated has been set aside for your experience. So if you find that you do have to cancel we would require 7 days notice as a minimum so that the slots can be re-opened to our other members and business. Failure to do so will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation – 48hour notice please on any services over 1 hour. 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 48 hours before your appointment. That’s it, job done.

If the cancellation is less than 48hour notice, we will try to rebook the slot for yourself and hopefully fill the space with someone possibly waiting for this particular time on our cancellation list.

If we can’t, a charge of 50% for the cancelled appointment will incur.

Cancellation – 24 hour notice

All appointments that are missed or cancelled within less than 24 hours will be charged at 100%.

Late Arrival? We may not be able to provide the originally intended service.

If we find that we can’t perform the service to the LeKa standard due to the client late arrival, we reserve the rights to cancel or reassess the treatment for the appointment.

We appreciate these policies may be frustrating for our members who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own. We will always endeavour to be as flexible and accommodating as we possibly can, but, we also have a duty to the rest of our community to keep to their appointment times.

Since our LeKa “tree” runs a diary high in demand and a late cancellation or no show for an experience means someone on the waiting list misses out. We will happily rebook a new appointment for you as soon as possible, though the following may apply:

  • We may request pre-payment for services if you’ve been late several appointments. See Deposit Policy below.
  • We reserve the right to charge the full price of appointments that are missed due to member lateness.

Deposit Policy(For all new members on their first booking and/or members who have this specifically applied on their notes)

LeKa will request a deposit for all treatments. If you need to change or cancel your appointment within two working days of your appointment, your full deposit will be refunded.

If the cancellation is less than two working days or you do not attend the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

When booking online, a payment is not taken. Full payment will be taken from you after your treatment. If you fail to attend, the full treatment price will be taken from your credit card. You can cancel or change appointments online.
